1-Year Return & Exchange: Your satisfaction is our priority. WalkerFit offers a 1-year return and exchange policy from the date of purchase for your smartwatch. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or if it fails to meet your expectations, you may return it for a refund or exchange it for another model, free of charge.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

- Condition: To be eligible for a return or exchange, your smartwatch must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within a certain number of days.
