Our fitness watch requires you to set it up in the app in order to monitor your health automatically. You can turn on [Device-Automatic Health Monitor] in the APP, and it will regularly record heart rate, blood pressure, blood oxygen, etc
Make sure that Bluetooth is connected and the watch is matched with the app, and that the message notification function is turned on. In addition, the watch will only alert you to messages that can be displayed in the notification bar of your phone.
The watch itself will not automatically obtain and update weather data, it needs to be connected to the App. Make sure your phone network is working and the weather forecast of the watch will be automatically updated every time it's synchronized.
Make sure to wear the smartwatch when you sleep, and it can only record the night sleep record, which can be divided into deep sleep, light sleep, awake time, etc., and the APP can be compared to the summary of up to 1 month of record analysis.
Love the watch, fantastic fit the price. This thing holds up, accurate and looks great. Only thing I would ask of is there to be a way to lock the watch face you want. As of now the dial is always able to be moved switching your watch face. In a work out or simply moving around it will change the screen on me. Hope they can do a firmware or system update that includes locking that dial button so accidental turns don’t happen

This smartwatch has the best screen I ever seen, even compared to other watches that cost hundreds more. Very fast interface and response. Feature rich! I especially love the Sleep Tracker and blood pressure monitor. Long lasting battery and quick magnetic charger. Makes a great gift!
